Student Sarah Abu Al-Ghanam (Science) 97.95, Student Rama Al-Alwan (Arts) 97.2. The international track was opened from grades 1 to 4 (mixed) and from grades 5 to 12 (single-mixed).

Required Documents for Student Registration

1. A certified copy of the birth certificate or a true copy.

2. A copy of the family book (civil record).

3. A copy of the vaccination card + two passport-size photos.

4. A transfer certificate from the previous school.

5. A transfer certificate certified by the Directorate of Education of the previous school
   (required for Grades 9, 10, 11, and 12 students).

6. A certificate of the last completed grade, in addition to certificates for Grades 7, 8, and 9 (where applicable).

7. A copy of the classification (placement) report for Grade 9 students advancing to Grade 10.

8. A financial clearance certificate from the previous school.

9. The student’s official school record, duly completed and certified by the previous school.

Students Coming from Outside the Country

✅ Procedures in the Country of Residence:

a. Obtain the school certificate for the last grade completed.
b. Have the certificate authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of that country and the Jordanian Embassy.

✅ Procedures Inside Jordan:

a. Authenticate the school certificate by the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
b. Authenticate the certificate by the Embassy of the country from which the student is coming.
c. Obtain an acceptance letter from the school.
d. Visit the Examinations and Tests Directorate (Jabal Al-Luweibdeh) to validate the certificate and obtain initial approval.
e. Visit the Private Education Directorate (Jabal Al-Hussein) to obtain official approval
(a copy of the student’s passport, guardian’s passport, and entry date to the Kingdom is required).
